We believe in original thought, innovation and in the value of challenging the status quo. We believe that recent breakthroughs in technology — combined with fresh, exciting thinking— have formed a ‘perfect wave’ of creativity, resulting in an entirely new medium we call immersion. We believe that, just like the Internet, this astonishing new medium will impact and transform much of our world. Inevitably, that will include the entertainment industry. We believe that traditional ‘window’ movies, moviemaking, and the movie-going experience as we know it will metamorphose into immersion within the decade.
We believe this quantum shift is already underway, because we are currently in production on narrative, interactive immersions for presentation in our re-imagined, innovative immersive theatres. We believe that, for the first time in history, immersion technology will accomplish something never before possible: It will allow the people who create entertainment to involve people who enjoy entertainment as an integral part of the entertainment itself.
We believe that true visionaries/revolutionaries will join is in this exploration/exploitation of the New. We sincerely hope you will join us.
Immersion Industries International (Triple-i) is a forward-thinking innovative group. We are focused on immersive entertainment — from revolutionary immersive theatre systems to immersive content. Founded in 2014 by its principals Randall and Karen Rudd, along with Daniel Rodriguez, Immersion Industries is providing new never before seen high-level experiences in the following categories:
- Immersions (VR movie experiences)
- Tourist and visitor experiences-
- Theme park/location-based attractions
- Corporate team building
- Historical re-enactments
Our company is helping to introduce the world to a new medium ideally suited to entertain, teach, train and educate people with an immersive experience through virtual reality. What sets us apart from the conventional museums, movie theaters and historical landmarks that exist today across the U.S. is our commitment to create, produce and display new immersive technology in both content and theatrical ingenuity.
What We Do
Our firm offers first-of-its-kind entertainment content known as “immersion;” a narrative, interactive virtual reality movie experience. Additionally, Triple-i is developing innovative simultaneous shared- experience theatrical delivery systems.
Products and Services
Immersion Industries sets itself apart from other theater facilities that offer, at best, conventional av presentations, slide shows, video or standard medium presentations. Triple-i provide solutions simulating real life-like experiences for a wide variety of uses, from entertainment to educational, instructional, historic recreation, etc.
Immersive Industries is pioneering its unique concept of a simultaneous shared immersive experience by re-thinking the traditional theatre model, allowing patrons the enhanced experience of virtual reality in a comfortable setting with not just immersive visuals, but sensory embellishments of binaural audio, a sophisticated sound & subwoofer system, and other proprietary devices culminating in not just the key sense of presence, but also olfactory and somatosensory stimulation.
Psychiatrists claim that the more technically obsessed we become, the greater our need for companionship. We Homo Sapiens are social creatures. For nearly 40 years, we have had the ability to run movies at home, yet movie theatres remain a thriving business. According to psychiatrists, a shared experience amplifies the experience for the individual. People laugh harder and more frequently, or cry more readily as a group. In the entertainment business, there is proven value in shared experiences, unlike the VR business with it myopic focus on individual game play. Triple-i recognizes the value of shared experience viewing, and stands as a front runner to take exhibition to a new level by linking audience members, allowing individually interactivity in a simultaneous shared experience.
Bill Gates famously said, “Content is where I expect much of the real money will be made on the internet, just as it was in broadcasting.” Inevitably, with the advent of a new medium comes the insatiable, limitless demand for content. Once people become accustomed to immersion, old-fashioned “window” videos will seem archaic, like relics from a bygone era. As the demand for new immersive content increases, Triple-i (iii) will be a front-runner, by providing high-end training and immersive experiences for medical/healthcare, scientists, inspectors, firefighters, law enforcement, military organizations and congressional decision makers. Our plans also include providing the legal profession with high-end immersive accident reenactments, providing mediation and/or trial products for law firms. Realtors will conduct virtual walk-throughs of property. Architects will create convincing virtual structures yet to be constructed.
We will provide teaching and educational products for schools and universities, provide content for the 10.5 billion dollar gaming industry and the yet-to-be-forecast immersive entertainment industry. The focus of immersion industries will be to motivate, educate, energize, entertain and satisfy the appetite of the tourist, student, jury or corporate employee through immersive learning.
Where and when the need exists for more than one person to share a simultaneous immersive VR experience, Triple-i is the solution. When the need exists for experienced focused, directed narrative content, Triple-i is the solution. Where the need exists for a sensational theatrical or educational experience, Triple-i is the solution.
